Individual therapy

I believe the work we do in individual therapy benefits everyone in our lives.

My approach to individual therapy is holistic and does not focus solely on pathology or "what is wrong."  I prefer tapping into the wisdom and growth found in each client's personal experiences of the Self and interaction with the world. Utilizing a holistic perspective, I strive to understand and treat issues from a mind/body/spiritual perspective.  We will work collaboratively to facilitate change and improve your quality of life.  That includes gently confronting barriers that interfere with emotional, mental, and relational well-being, and increasing positive feelings such as compassion, self-esteem, love, courage, and peace.
